Creative thinker.
Fact finder.
Portraitist.
Megan Youngblood joined our team in 2015 with 10+ years of editorial, creative services and development communications experience in higher ed, health care and publishing. She’s worked alongside development officers, physicians, administrators, faculty, students and editorial staffs to flesh out what makes their missions, services and research unique — and to improve editorial flow across teams.
At Zehno, she loves working alongside creative and smart thinkers to help define and convey what gets clients noticed. When the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business partnered with Zehno, she helped develop a brand vision for the college as a writer on the creative team. The team identified “pivot points” as a storytelling device to highlight the college’s uniqueness, defining moments and student achievements.
When she’s not writing the next great profile, you can find her painting, drawing or sewing in her open air studio. She won’t admit it, but her painting skills are light years beyond those wine-glass-and-paint-party beginners.
