The Fly
Grab some po-boys in the early evening and watch freighters and tugboats while the sun sets. This green space, tucked behind the zoo in Audubon Park, is one of the few locations in the city where you can actually see the Mississippi River. Rumor has it “the Fly” was named after a butterfly-shaped building that was torn down years ago.
